I posted in another thread about a great meal I remember 30 years later. It wasn’t a special event, or with a special person. It’s just a meal that I’ll always remember. Do you have a meal you’ll always remember ? And why ?

A strange aside. I had an omelette in DeForest Wi where the flavors just popped in my mouth. It would have been in the early 80s but I remember that meal like it was yesterday.

I guess I still have a bad taste in my mouth for Truckstop steaks from when FJ was serving soggy steaks. I don’t know if I can appreciate dry aged beef, but I know I can appreciate the $80 I didn’t spend on it. And my my Truckstop Steak disdain may be influenced by poor prep or the general...

Watched more of the video. My gut feeling is more like an injector issue with a slightly worn engine. Hopefully minor repair and add a collector box on end of blow by tube to collect oil if not too excessive.

I’m no expert. But I’m a good guesser. How much oil does it use ? What kind of mileage do you put on it ? Has it lost power ? An OH is pretty expensive in a 11 year old truck. Is a C-7 even a sleeved engine ? Unfortunately it looks like a nice truck.

Actually a guy stopped me last night to ask if I was a wrestling fan. He said I looked like Mad Dog Vachon. I googled MDV. He’s 1” shorter and within 10 lbs of me. I changed my facial hair and we do look similar.
