No. What this means is they will stamp their feet and say "somebody, anybody" needs to pay for this. The SCOTUS is "waging a war on women". So, instead of say Hobby Lobby paying, they will introduce a bill that taxpayers provide it for free.

I think there is always a "love hate" relationship between sales and a fleet. They are fighting a competitive market and drivers/fleet owners fight constant rising costs on everything. That relationship will always be strained when you are operating in single digit profit margins. Current rates...
