Now we are doing Hotels for illegals

Fox went through it with a camera crew and it was pretty nice. Same here, I would stay there. So what have we learned? Now they will try to put them up in hotels but they will have to be more secret about it.

And on a unconfirmed note, the Texas group that was looking to buy it is backing out under already heavy media/public pressure.

Now we are doing Hotels for illegals

Just when you thought it couldn't get more insane. Now we are looking to use 50 million in taxpayer money for a hotel resort for illegals. Feds to house illegal immigrants at multimillion-dollar hotel | Fox News

Gov. Rick Perry discusses crisis at US-Mexico border.

I believe that is the case. The Feds say they don't meet that definition even though as you say, some of the pro immigration people want them defined as such. Doesn't look like they have any interest in wanting to change it at this point or you wouldn't see them sending 40 of them back...

I would go with sensible. Sensible enough to send them to the Whitehouse where they have plenty of bedrooms. Even have a first lady that needs a group to practice her lunch planning skills. Looks like a win-win.

Gov. Rick Perry discusses crisis at US-Mexico border.

That is true. All kinds of stories about human trafficking only to find out it is only true in a very small amount of cases. Looks like more people are just saying no. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/arizona-town-tries-to-protest-away-immigrant-kids/

    what's under your mattress?

Some things never change. Still to this day we constantly preach "Cash is King". I always liked the simple Dave Ramsey approach to finances, and it has served us quite well. We have over the years became more sophisticated in investing, but the core ideas remain unchanged.

I just laugh as some act like they are lost tourists trying to find their home. They are here illegally. They need to be sent back. We are not in a position to care for the masses. Provide the bus and food for the trip back and that is it. Certainly way more than just about any other country...

The liberal mindset of some is just amazing. They want everyone to welcome these illegals with open arms, and then they want to dictate to others how they should be provided for. When it becomes their responsibility, they want nothing to do with it and tell you who should do the providing. But...

She probably has some of the right intentions, but I think she is in way over her head. The results so far have not been very positive.

Sure it is a profitable racket down there. Biden was just there promising all kinds of money if they slow the people coming up here. Just ponder that thought for a minute and you have your answer. They are laughing non-stop down there at our foolishness. Birth control and all this other talk has...

Sure they do. How do you think they raise the thousands to come here. Anywhere from 7k to 10k a head is the latest I have heard. Wow...could have bought food for the kids with that.

Don't think the Catholics "gold" is going to come close to fixing that problem. But a funny comment nonetheless.

The operative word is "helped". Like many other countries, they have a long way to go, even according to your article. I will give you credit though in that you want the borders closed. Many on the left clearly don't support that position and think we should let all the poor in.
