    Is this normal?

I can understand a Company asking a O\O or driver to came in and have their rig inspected & go over Company policy after 30 days, but to ask someone to sit through 2-3 days of Orientation is ridiculous.

For my Physical with Panther in August 2007, it was "how do you feel?" Stethoscope on my back & chest, popped each knee with his little rubber hammer, one deep knee bend, done, passed.

    Bankruptcy Thank You

I cannot understand how, after the the first 2-3 weeks have gone bye and a O\O keeps track of his loaded miles a person would continue to drive for a PROMISE, "the checks in the mail"

    Hey Anti Union Folks...

The only union I ever belonged to was the National Maritime Union. When I went to the union hall to join I was told there was a $30.00 dollar extra fee. I paid it. Then when I was given my union book there were 3 "fighting fund" stamps on the back $10.00 each showing my voluntary contribution to...

    Rate Cuts

The Cargo Van from Bolt went 750 miles, fuel should have been less the $85.00 trip should have been less then 15 hours. That's $32.00 per hour at the least. Seems pretty good to me.

    Drivers/Owners situation

I'm not a Fleet owner, or a Driver. Right now I'm sitting home for the winter, that being said I would think a Fleet owner would interview team or solo drivers, and the team or solo would want to ask as many questions and possible scenarios as either could think of. Also no matter who you work...
