    Electric Expediter Vans

Time for MB to step up their game and come through on the electric Sprinter.

Raised roof & back door cargo vans?

Just get a Sprinter (if you want to help the Charleston SC economy) or a Transit if you insist supporting the rebirth of Detroit :) promasters are junk from the horror stories I've heard so far and they look terrible, slightly better with painted bumpers.

    Continuous DEF Problems with Sprinters

    Stick with 04-06 and 14-17 and you're golden, no 6 cylinder ;)

    being semiretired

Driving a Sprinter/Cargo van feels like being semi retired, not enough loads/work to classify as full time ;)

Sprinter Vans: Electric Truck Company Chanje Has A Plan To Clean Up Urban Freight

I'll take it if they include a diesel engine or a hybrid where I can drive 800 miles a day and switch over to EV mode when I get to the city :D

    Van Tires

How are you guys getting 150k out of your MS2's I'd imagine they are like racing slicks by then... I have some MS2's right now I think the rears are over 110k and fronts are used tired so no record. Imagine I'll just keep using them till winter roles around. The guys at discount tire always tell...

2019 Sprinter prices staying same, going up or down?

I've already done the home work, all the carriers paying good rates want new trucks. I wish it was easier to explain but stick with 06 no work. Upgrade van, plenty of carriers to work for that pay good or fair rates. Stay with old van count on carriers with less miles and lower pay. I may just...

    UBER FREIGHT EXPANDING

Uship  I think they are only going in the wrong direction, the innovation team hasn't done anything to their fullest potential. Its all based on volume when you're on that level, carriers are just ants to them that move around. They have no clue on downtime or lost productivity or empty...

2019 Sprinter prices staying same, going up or down?

DOT Regulations, upkeep and expense, vehicle is useless if not working. Sprinter can be used for many things. More versatile, better mpg, vans don't have to sit at truck stops. Lower weekly fees with carriers. Would love a straight but I would have to get one with 400-500k and drop around 35k to...

2019 Sprinter prices staying same, going up or down?

The seat is a small issue here folks, the main concern is pleasing the carriers (that pay normal wages and not .65 and .70) with a newer year model truck, also gaining comfort and ability to increase my miles per day comes next in line. If the carriers that paid well would gladly bring me in...

2019 Sprinter prices staying same, going up or down?

Went to a well stocked Sprinter dealer with 20+ vans on the lot most of the 170's seem to be around $45-50k depending on options. I was thinking to myself why spend $35k on a 2015 or 2016 model when the 2019 is around the corner and will be much better truck all around rumors that a lot of the...

Thoughts on 6 skid cube van vs 3 skid sprinter (both under 10k)?

I've increased my speed lately because I find I get the same or better then when I was going 65 (2006 Sprinter 158). Now I'm cruising around 68-69 on the gps 72 on the speedo and I'm able to pass most rigs and get places faster, although out west some run 70-75 and that's where I've been running...

Thoughts on 6 skid cube van vs 3 skid sprinter (both under 10k)?

If you're holding 6 skids you better be getting a straight truck rate, up the carrier you work for and fetch a better pay and less freight. Let the bottom feeder carriers fall off the edge, I'm saying stick to good paying carriers and also flexible ones with low weekly settlement deductions. A...

I heard a lot of good things but I still don't know what they're paying per mile for extended Sprinters or if they run loads to Tx or West Coast?

    Cargo Van Controversial idea?

I'll deadhead 50 miles... driving across Chicago or any major city you can log 50 quick.. Its a numbers game, you take the ones for a $1 per mile and laugh off the .70 non American wage loads. :D Non forced dispatch simply means Non forced dispatch. I will take the loads that they advertise .95...

    Cargo Van Controversial idea?

I don't run for less then a dollar per mile. Bolt is offering .95 to $1.05 so that is close enough I will go with them next time I go back out to expedite... unless someone can match or beat! I gotta get my hands on a 15 or 16 model Sprinter, no one wants my 06 that pays $1 per mile. The .65 and...
