That would be correct in a perfect world, but we do not live in a perfect world, I feel quite sure they would find other uses for our money.

could be b/c they changed the price of their showers last week, they are now 8.50 price change went into effect last friday.

Keep turning down bad paying loads, and loads delivering in the bad areas, and watch how fast they offer you a bonus, I was offered 4 this week and took 3 (bonus pay) out of the 5 loads I ran this week (mon-fri).I dont think they have stopped the program, I think they are trying to get a handle...
