IMHO even though it costs more for a class a, it’s basically a stroke of a pen to drop to a class b if so desired. Going the other way b to an a would cost more time and money. Do it once and keep your class a for life. Don’t have to drive a big truck if you don’t want to but it’s there...

Standard percentage is 40% with them buying fuel and 60% + FSC to you buying all of the fuel. I wouldn’t go any lower than 40%. As was said earlier 27% of how much per mile.
