I dropped at HD on Tuesday morning and went to Pilot in Kearney for a nap. Got load later that afternoon from KC to Auburn Hills, mi. Sorry I missed you. Could of bought ya some of that Pilot coffee. Lol.

Thanks guys for your replies. After making op went inside of Pilot at exit 129 off of 85 and asked management about that location. They said not a good location to stay at, so I stayed right where I was and left out in the morning for pickup.

Have a pick up in the morning and saw a Pilot at exit 51 off of I-285 on south side of Atlanta. Was thinking of heading over there for the night because p/u is 3 mi away. What say you? Good, bad, safe, or unsafe. Just trying to make it easier dealing with the morning traffic.

No it was Gunsmoke and Bonanza. As well as Wild Wild West and Ironsides and my favorite Perry Mason. Oh and don’t forget Alfred Hitchcock Presents .... Those were some real tv shows to watch.

Just reading your post tells me that for one thing a 15 ft box truck is going to be a logging truck because it is probably on a 12300 or 14000 lb frame and have dual tires. As was said it wouldn’t be able to carry more than 2000+lbs total to stay under 10000 lbs. With that being said, logging...

Might need a new spark plug and have preventive maintenance done on it. Wouldn’t hurt to ask fleet owner when it was done last.

Sorry to hear that. My 2012 sprinter currently has 620+k on it and the only costly repair was to replace 6 injector this past June. Otherwise still running strong.

I think that if everybody would just not worry and not take that cheap freight, thin margins wouldn’t exist and we all would have an extra stash.
