We currently have BCBS and our policy just increased 295 this year. Nothing for it, just pay more. So we went from 800 to 1100 a month. That is for two people. Amazing our old policy covered more with a fraction of the deductible. Of course that got cancelled. Oh, and deductible with old plan...

Did the upgrade and seems to be working well. Only complaint is the Cortana is irritating so I shut that off along with the wifi sharing. If one is into the Microsoft games, they change and eliminate the chess game if you are into that. Seems to be a little faster but seems ok.

Trying to take two wrongs and then trying to make them right doesn't wash. Just saying. The folks who aren't responsible for their actions, likely don't have a clue who is in the government or have any idea what they are doing.

Cheri, I think the biggest problem some people have with your take is that you are wanting to reward irresponsible behavior. That usually is a tough sell when you are asking the ones who are responsible to foot the bill.
