    M2 CB Grounding

My truck has the extra ground running to the mirror mounts also. But on the driver side, it had a corroded connector on the end and was not giving me a good ground. A new connector and cleaning, fixed that. My CB picks up everything electrical in the truck. Alternator, wipers, fan motor, 4...

    Anybody have Powerd Landing Gear?

I too, find mine very stiff in colder weather. They are always hard to crank, but cold weather makes it even harder. Although mine have never flat out stuck. And I can fully understand you busting your head or any one of several other parts, while trying to crank these things. I always put mine...

Alignment can make a big difference

I just had an alignment performed on my truck. The truck was eating the inside tread of my inside tires on my drive axle. It now drives like a new one and will stay between the lines now. This is the first time I have ever had to have this done to a straight truck. While I have heard of truck...

    T300 Mirror Heat Circuit

My Peterbilt came from factory with heated mirrors. I just replaced them all and they are all on one 20 amp circuit breaker. KW T300 and Pete 330 are basicically the same. I have one switch that powers all 4 mirrors. I even ran the wires right back through the bracket arms like the original...

    Is this normal?

If I was sure the ignition was indeed locked in the off position with the key out, I wouldn't bother with having it replaced. There may be times it would come in handy having it like that.

What is the strangest load that you did as an expediter?

Ugghhh...a little reminder, we are way off subject here. I do apoligize, but smiley sitting in the truck waving at me, distracted me. Sorry! Ha!

What is the strangest load that you did as an expediter?

Well, actually, I am 61 and live in Tennessee. If Johnny, Walon or ole Hank didn't sing it, I probably never heard of it. Except the National anthem of course. WSM used to play that at midnight every night even though they never went off the air. Just patriotic I guess. God Bless America...

    leaking injectors

To answer your earlier question, a 3126 Cat has an "air intake heating system". Below is a warning in the owners manual. I never had a problem starting down to 15 degrees. That is the coldest it has ever been when I started it. Do not use ether or other starting fluids as a cold-starting aid...

And I stand corrected. Personally, I had never heard of them. But they were "The Who". And I guess they still are? Who? Why, "The Who". Time for another Mountain Dew! Reckon "The Who, do the Dew? Alright, I'm going to bed.

Lighting from Nashville to Bridgeport, Ct for the band "Who". Come to find out, it was only a rehearsal for the stage hands and the "Who" weren't even there, nor were they going to be there. But who am I to question the "Who"? What did I say????? Who?

    leaking injectors

I guess. I think there is about 4 or 5 on each injector. Plus some kind of a hard fiber washer looking one. I have yet to find one thing for these engines that was reasonable price wise. I was sent to pick up an idler pulley for my truck at Thompson Greene Cat in Nashville. They are strictly...
