Each state is different. Look in the phone book for the bureau of workers compensation,ask an insurance agent,or check the internet for the state you reside in. I always have had myself covered with workers comp. along with hospitalization insurance.

The Garmin 2620 is great. I buy them at Best Buy and get the 4yr warranty for an extra $100.00 This way if I have any problems i can go into any Best Buy with a copy of the warranty and they replace the unit. I have not had to do it with the Garmin but done it with cell phones.
