I would have to agree Dave. We both pay our drivers more than 35%. I don't see anything wrong with that either, if the person wants to drive a brand new truck and get 35% that is their choice.

Jeff Garra has been in the expedite business over 20 years. I don't think people will have any problems with Jeff. He has always been great at getting things done for us if had any problems.

Ken Is right on his whole post about Panther. Sean is a good friend of mine and he was offered something he couldn't pass up. Sean was NOT fired by Panther. If that was the case I wouldn't have just put a new truck on with them.
