    you need how many batteries?

I did one of those a while ago in Boston area. Good old days, paid a fortune for a 40 mile run. I bought the batteries, told them what they cost and immediately they added that amount to my run pay. Then the instructions said to put the batteries in, turn it on, see if it runs, then take the...

    Working for 2 companies

Danny, Thanks for confirming my assumptions. I wanted to do just this kind of thing a while ago, but finally decided it wasn't worth it. Also, most companies don't allow you to do this.

    OMG! Did it crash?

When I saw the condition of those landing gears I knew it was no crash. Also, in a real crash that turns the airplane in that heap of scrap, the pieces would be spread on a large area. Another thing I don't see is fire damage. Thanks for the pictures. I really enjoy all kind of plane pictures.

    Dear Leader In The Classroom....

Man, oh man, I grew up with these kind of things back in eastern Europe. Would have never thought about something like this happening here. The bad part is that I still remember some songs to this day, no matter how hard I try to forget them. Oh, but back then (c)rap was not invented yet, so...

    Google Chrome Browser

Lawrence, you are correct, Safari has the edge in displaying a page, but I was referring to the time it takes to start up both browsers. Chrome pops up 1-2 seconds after clicking the icon, while Safari takes 20. But as soon as it is up, it works good. It might be my computer though, but I don't...

I use Chrome exclusively. I don't know why, but I never liked FireFox. Another one I like is Safari, but it doesn't load up as fast as Chrome.

Still at home. This is what happened a mile from my house last night. A poor man was swept away by the raging waters in his Ford Ranger and drowned. I am very fortunate, since I went through here last night on the way home. Couldn't see the road, only a big river going across the road. But...
