It sounds to me if I were gonna get a new truck, instead of the Sprinter and it's expensive maintenance costs. Go with a cube truck (under 10,000lbs so you don't have to log), or get an aerocell CW or its next bigger size on a chevy or ford cutaway.

I honestly don't think hooking up with more than one carrier makes any difference whether you run with a under 10,000lbs cube truck or a cargo van. At that point its the capacity you're able to carry.

He's a small company, I drove his company cargo van back in late 2005, early 2006. I think I would have been happier using my own cargo van with him rather than use his cargo van.

Go to your nearest truck stop and pick up a few of those magazines that specialize in truck driver recruiting and make some calls to the different carriers who are looking for drivers!

I'm sure there are some small expedite companies or even air freight forwarders or small time logisitics companies that would put that van on as long as it were in good mechanical condition and passed a DOT inspection. *would make a good back up van when one's primary unit is out of service.
