I seen a couple fl70's getting parted out on craiglook.com,you might want to look there first I'd hate to think what cummins might want.

I've never worked on that engine but I doubt if it would take over a hour to change the turbo on my cummins.

There's one in the classified ready to go,I doubt that you'd be much $$ ahead buy getting it done on your own.
