Low prices are killing this month!ppl bending over like crazy!

So you are saying, whether or not there is a subsequent HAZMAT load, the driver is required to log until 7 days have expired. That isn't correct. As soon as a HAZMAT load is delivered, No Logs Are Required.

Low prices are killing this month!ppl bending over like crazy!

I respectfully disagree. The officer I spoke to was very clear that a driver cannot go back and make up logs, even to the best of his ability, without missing something. The officer was very clear that if no logs were required, they would not be required to be made up later. There is no question...

I was told by a MSP Post Commander that it should be noted on the log as No Logs Required instead of OOS. Technically a driver wasn't Out Of Service, but simply No Logs Required, regardless of service status. The term No Logs Required is completely accurate. Otherwise I agree.

    Cargo Van Buying New Van

We have 6 Promaster 3500 extended vans. The 2014 had to have a flex plate & radiator @ 235,000 miles but otherwise is still running well. It has had to have at least 10 headlight bulbs but I think that is primarily because the headlight bulbs are VERY difficult to change without touching them on...

    March @ team Load One

That wouldn't be fair... to be offered 240 miles @ $0.60 per mile, BUT you also have to run 120 miles empty to get it??? If you refuse to run it at a total of $0.40 per mile you have your hours reset??? Let's ALL stop pretending unloaded miles don't cost real money to run!!! That will bankrupt us!

    Mercedes Recall

My entire fleet of Promasters have not had even one sensor go bad and not one nonsense has happened. Our biggest problem is the headlight bulbs are very difficult to replace and they go bad too often, probably because they are so difficult to replace that the installers probably are touching the...

    The Trump Card...

Trump never went bankrupt himself. Four of his corporations, out of the hundred plus he owns, or has owned, went bankrupt either when he owned them or after he sold them. That's not a bad ratio at all in corporate America... in fact, it's unusually good!

    August in Load One Nation

Our experience with the former Nation's dispatchers has been very good! They have clearly increased our load opportunities, especially south of the Mason - Dixon line!

    What happened to VOI?

Everyone has an opinion.... so your carrier won't participate and therefore will NOT get loads from those that do... no problem... good luck!
