What size Power Invertor do you need to run a 9200 BTU ac and Electric Heater?

I have one big (18' long box) Ford that is great for a team and a small herd of Promasters. I plan to slow down at the end of this year and pretty much maintain/manage. You are right about scary but it evens out alot with more units. The industry would have to really really collapse to cause me...

What size Power Invertor do you need to run a 9200 BTU ac and Electric Heater?

I contracted Lyme disease at my home in western Michigan and you've never offered anything of value to me. The only team that ever drove that truck that hasn't retired comfortably, is the team I JUST hired 10 days ago. They've been out ever since. They say they never talked to you about...

What size Power Invertor do you need to run a 9200 BTU ac and Electric Heater?

PAY ATTENTION THIS TIME - The poster that started this thread obviously did not have the means or the wherewithal to put in an Espar heater. So those of you that recommended he put in an Espar heater we're not helping him whatsoever. He was looking for a less expensive alternative that would...

It was snarky, as his posts always are on the back of my posts. Everybody has their ideas so just let them come out instead of attacking those people that he doesn't like. It's just the same old thing.

How predictable... Does attempting to ridicule me make you feel bigger, Dave? You just can't resist, can you? How utterly childish! Uh, I would put on some clothes... maybe a sweater... a coat?

Dump the heater and get a heated mattress pad instead. We use them and they do not use much electricity at all maybe 75 watts. They will keep you toasty warm as long as you stay under the covers.

    November is here!

It's a real and unretouched picture of a real van that appeared at the Walton, KY Flying J this afternoon. I didn't make it up. Truth is often stranger than fiction!!!

    November is here!

That's exactly what I said to myself! No joke... that van was in Walton, Kentucky this afternoon and I couldn't resist. I apologize for putting it on our forum but I just didn't know what to do with that gem! I know our image out there is super important... even though sometimes it's so easy to...

So apparently XPO ran out of their new wraps for their trucks? Letssee... scratch off the number "1"s... then attach cheap hardware store "XPO"s to the upper left... PRESTO!!!! "Cancel the order to the Wrap Guy... we have a workaround!"

    Hey "y'all" it's October

It's not my fault they drive them like UPS drivers... SLOW DOWN! Save fuel, save your truck, and be safer!!! Just talked to a driver that wants to drive one of my trucks... "Can you drive slower than 70 on the freeway?" Why would I ever drive less than the speed limit?" "You should probably...

    Hey "y'all" it's October

Obviously the Sales group is missing out on a large group of shippers that ship only on Saturdays & Sundays so it's time to let Sales drive our trucks for a while so us drivers can go do their jobs because it should be a very simple matter to find "weekend only shippers"... and then we will...

    Hey "y'all" it's October

One of my drivers has bought her own truck so my highly custom XLT10 truck is becoming available in two weeks for "the Best, of the Best, of the Best". If you know such a driver (or better yet, team) that wants to drive a $printer class truck that has room for 3 skids AND plenty of room left...
