2012 Hino 258 Clear/Light brown Oil in air tanks?? Air pressure problem?

I agree, sounds like a governor issue. If you look at the air intake, the crankcase breather tube and the compressor Inlet tube are very close together. It's not uncommon for crankcase gases to enter the air compressor, causing black oil to show up in the air dryer. Oil that looks like...

Yes, you can clean them. Can you cycle it with the software? If the valve has power, ground, and normal CAN voltages, and you can't cycle it, it's probably bad. Sent from my XT1585 using EO Forums mobile app

What are the part numbers of the NOx sensors? Check them both. The latest ones have part numbers ending in 540. It's possible to have a harness problem that takes them both out. You'll have to check each connector for 12v, ground, CANH and CANL. You will set codes doing this. You probably...

You probably won't agree with this chart.

I don't watch CNN, so I can't comment on that.

You probably won't agree with this chart.

One in particular that gets my attention is NPR. I think some of the programming in NPR is leftist, but news reports tend to be unbiased, and an effort is made to maintain that. Especially overseas news reports. On your pic it shows it far left, and I think that's inaccurate.

How biased is your news source? How biased is your news source? You probably won’t agree with this chart I happen to think this chart is fairly accurate.

    2011-2014 Hino burner maintenance

Yes, and there's more to it than just this. In 2015 they discontinued the use of a burner and things got a lot more reliable. This maintenance goes a long way to keep things working right, though.

This is the crankcase breather filter. It helps keep oil out of the intake. Just unscrew the cap, replace the element, and replace the O-ring on the cap. Sent from my XT1585 using EO Forums mobile app

This sad looking thing is the burner fuel filter. The important thing here is to fill the filter before installing it or you'll get a check engine light. Also don't forget the square cut seal on the threads. Sent from my XT1585 using EO Forums mobile app

This is where the def filter is. Remove this cap, the butt plug, and use the provided tool to remove the filter. Do not lube the filter o-rings. Just shove it in the hole, followed by the butt plug and cap. Don't over torque the cap. It something like 25nm. Snug, basically. Sent from my...

I forgot to mention to remember which ignitor came out of which hole. If the gap is too great, exchange them from side to side and remeasure the gap. Clean the ignitors. Make sure there's no continuity. Also, this can be done before disassembly to see if one was shorted out. This is the...
