Anyone know what's the pros and cons of swapping the MBE 900 to the MBE 4000 in a straight truck.Any info will be appreciated. Truck is a Sterling Acttera.

We have an 2006 sterling go to truck pro and they have them and they are cheaper than any one else we found and usually have a great deal in stock. Here is the part #PA5337. It should work since all sterling cabs are like m2 cabs . Hope this helps

We had them for a couple of years and switched to CIS ( is cheaper than ooida) we changed when we switched carriers and new carrier wouldn't accept ooidas insurance.

I have had several cats with no problems as long as you do all the maintance requirements the book says. Guess I may over due it on maint. But didn't have any problems. Got a friend who bought a truck that sit over a year with a cat he has issues but he don't do regular maint. Just what it says...

Mine froze this last round of cold. Used alcohol to unstick then sprayed with motorkote and haven't had anymore problems.

That's was one of my issues with them. We left , they said we could come back when we wanted to. But don't think we will go back. They paid all money that was owed to us they were very business like and acted like pros with us. Good luck got friends at LEAM and love it.

We ran 1 week for them only one load freight not there yet for straight trucks not sure about cargo vans hear tractors do OK . We moved on to a better company. I will give them 6 mos to a yr then see.
