Why not just pull a 28-40 trailer with liftgate? Nosecone .com for a trailer nose cone.. What is the weight on the steers? Any problem with sealed loads? Good luck and yes LEAM is a lot more flexible now with Dave Dallas back.

I recently saw a battery powered apu in the parts dept at Phx freightliner.. Has anyone seen or heard of these or better yet, owed one. They were quoting $4000.00 plus labor and batteries. Any feedback appreciated.

Leam drivers have elected to be unionized effective April 01, 2009. Many of us have elected to take the month of March off while details of our contract are finalized. Will post details when available..

There was a interlift 4 sale in st paul ebay under lift gate and liftgate, all categories. Somewhere around a couple grand, if i remember. You must be talkind Reno loads...lol.

$180.00 later at freightliner, problem was a stuck micro-switch attached to parking brake ($6.00 switch) Thx Dave for your input, Greg

Recently bought another trk(2000 fl70W/cat 3126 ) and cruise doesn't work, no light , nothing. No mirror heaters working either. No fuse/listing on fuse chart. Any help appreciated.

Are you suggesting that when I leave my truck ON the fuel island, have dinner, then shower, then rewrap my turbine and then stop on the way out to talk camels to some of my buds that I am discourteous to my fellow drivers? You Americans ars so uptight. P.S. Shower is only bi-weekly..

I paid $ 3.07 for diesel today in Redding, Calif.. This was at TA truckstop under Landstar's cost plus program. Who woulda thought a few years ago we would be excited about $ 3.00 fuel....go figure.

My #'s are somewhat confusing cause I only show LOADED miles, not any deadhead, and because I took off quite a bit of time earlier this year when my wife passed away: Total $ includes fuel sc and access.$ =$79,080.00 Total paid miles=36,191 Total loads= 28 Works out to $2.18 PER LOADED...
