Recently bought another trk(2000 fl70W/cat 3126 ) and cruise doesn't work, no light , nothing. No mirror heaters working either. No fuse/listing on fuse chart. Any help appreciated.

Sounds like a fuse issue but if they aren't listed, you may have to look in the manual. If that isn't available, call a FL dealer with the serial number and they can give the numeric sequence of which fuse slots go to what.

$180.00 later at freightliner, problem was a stuck micro-switch attached to parking brake ($6.00 switch) Thx Dave for your input, Greg

sorry I didn't see this post earlier, i've had two of those switches on my truck and one on a friends truck go out. Weird that the cruise is hooked to the parking brake. This a pretty common switch failure. The biggest hurt is getting to the switch, way down in the dash!! Once you know where to look it's easy!
