Typically, these safety services will have contracts with several major trucking companies. Generally, the reports they generate are positive and accurate. With insuance costs so high, believe we may see more of this in the future.

Very true on the undeveloped Western market. I lived in Tucson for a number of years and in many cases the company would either rent a 6-wheel Ryder truck and make the last minute delivery themselves or pay the cost of an 18-wheeler for a few thousand ponds.
