Hey "y'all" it's October

I am certain that I could help others. I spend a great deal of time outfitting my vans with all the amenities, full insulation, custom storage bins, etc. including red oak interior trim panels. I believe drivers often have to live in very difficult conditions so I try to make them comfortable as possible, with a very keen eye on keeping the van's unloaded weight as low as possible. These are more like small motor homes with room for cargo.

When I'm almost done upfitting each van, I order another and while it takes 3-4 months for delivery, I put the current project in service and drive it myself to figure out how best to finish it. I learn something on each van so every one is an improvement on the last.

I am proud of the most excellent carrier I work with and I do my best to run quality trucks, and have professional drivers, that promote the obvious top-notch carrier performance my carrier focuses on. I have a great (profitable) business and that is validation enough for me.

However, Haters like guido, that sit on every post I make, for sick personal attacks, have ruined it for our community... at least for those who would like to learn from my experiences on these forums. I would prefer that Haters like guido would get their jollies elsewhere but it's obvious he (they) are just going to continue to try to drive me away with their predictable schoolyard bully comments on every post I make so unless behavior by a few becomes more respectful, I'll continue to limit the information I provide to deny him (them) material for their stupid comments.

I won't by driven away like they did to chefDennis, who was an excellent resource, but I won't volunteer for guido's (or others) constant abuse either.

I run a great little company and they just suck...

It took me a little time to reply to this, because I really wanted to give it some thought before I did. I even went as far as to ask several what they thought, and asked for their insight on this, explaining why I was feeling the way I do about you're post. Some said let it go. He is a sensitive guy.Sorry, I will not let it go.

I really do not care what you, or anyone, says about me, as long as it is the absolute truth. Make Damm sure of that. I will not lie, and would rather be hated for telling the truth than to be hated for being a liar. And I can be harsh at times with the truth, both to friends, and strangers. And I know I am not too well liked because of that. Oh well. Suck it up, because that is just who I am. But, when you come on here and make false accusations about me, or what I said, than that's when I will have a problem with you.

You have made 782 posts on E.O. so, for you to actually say that I "Sit on every post I make" is absolutely incorrect. I have better things to do with my time. Yes, I will admit, I have given you some sh#t over a few, maybe under 10, but not every one, as you have said on here.

I do not get my "Jollies" by making "sick personal attacks." I simply will call someone out on bullsh#t when I see it. That is not my job to do, but my preference. I absolutely hate being lied to.And I am sure many others feel the same way, the only difference between them and I is that, They do a much better job at keeping their mouth shut that I do....lol..

"Drive me away" is not what I am trying to do. If that is what you end up doing, it is you're choice to leave, plain and simple. Many posts and replies can and will be based on people's opinion's. What you believe may be totally different from what I believe. "School yard bully comments" is the farthest thing from the truth. Like I said, my replies are based on responses to you're posts. If you do not like what I, or maybe at times, others, have to say, well, I do not know what to tell you.I'm sure one day you'll figure it out. Chef Dennis wasn't driven away solely by us "Haters". He has his reasons for leaving. He is going through a lot right now. Him and I communicate on a daily basis. It is sad that you feel someone calling you out on B.S., or stating their opinion, is "Constant abuse".....But, you have you're reasons, and opinions, just like I, and everyone else has theirs.

Someone seriously just delivered freight to our dock in a yellow dodge window van school bus from like the mid 90's with all the windows blacked out and it even had the school bus type bifold door with steps right behind the passenger door. Across the van on both sides in big bold letters it read "logistics specialist" lmao!

Me

I saw an old Dodge orange painted extended window van a few weeks ago with that same thing painted on the side in a Wal-Mart parking lot....and here I thought it was an isolated sighting....lol..

For the record....5000 plus posts and I haven't been mean to anyone. The constitution assures us certain freedoms. I also had two Cougars when I was younger. Pretty cold out this morning. New asphalt is looking really nice and smooth. Charlie Sheen called off his wedding.

Look.....squirrel!!!

That would be the roller-rocker valvetrain version of the 5.0, right? Tubular factory headers?

No need to shop. Here's one for you. They only made 4,038 of them.

$250,000.00 to $550,000.00 a Ford GT.

Yepper...I started off with a Monteray, then the Cougar and the last was a Marquis! Back in the day I was in sales and put a lot of miles on!
1964 Pontiac LeMans 326 engine
1968 Dodge Charger 383 4 barrel
1970 Chevy Nova 307 that I bought new after I got back from overseas. Dropped a Corvette racing cam in along with solid lifters and a Carter 4 barrel carb. I reworked the jets on the carb. She would fly.
1971 Dodge Demon 340.
Then I got married. Won't say what I had after that.

It was fun back then. I was working in a gas station and the owner and I souped up a lot of cars. Our pet project was a 1953 Corvette that we drag raced. Everything was mechanical, no computers.
