You are just south of Lake Norman Dodge....great tech there Russ..who did my engine install...I have never had a problem with anything...200,000 miles now...not 1 loose clamp , not 1 leak, not 1 light on dash....!

Hey all,

Just wanted to stop in and say hey. I just starting driving a straight truck for Load 1 and so far so good. Currently on a Laredo run. :)

confusion at the shipper. waiting for a day shift guy to come in to verify that this is the correct one piece, one pound part. the kicker is that this is the load that disparch woke me for this morning, but it never came through as a load. now at bedtime it's a hot 850 miles.

Someone seriously just delivered freight to our dock in a yellow dodge window van school bus from like the mid 90's with all the windows blacked out and it even had the school bus type bifold door with steps right behind the passenger door. Across the van on both sides in big bold letters it read "logistics specialist" lmao!

My plans today, empty the garage, clean it out, hang some pegboard and then put most of it back in.

Whenever I have plans like that I have a beer, then another, then another, then another, then I come to my senses and make a better plan.

Now that is priceless and would have made a great picture! Classic example of what we all fight and deal with in the small truck market.

I was kinda thinking sorta the same. Thought since it was a cool bright sunny dry day that i was gonna go to the storage unit and twist the key on the Cougar for the first time in about a year. Put a few miles on the old girl and do a little winter preprep on it before it gets cold. Im sure it can use some fresh fuel and some more Sta-bil and a good over all inspection. Hopefully it starts !!!

By 97 I'd given up on Mercury for the Camaro's...until my yellow Iroc was stolen and dang near broke my heart...
But traded my last silver Camaro for a Ram Truck...a whole lot more practical for South Dakota winters..
