Obama violated Constitution

Very few people outside of the Maison Blanche thought that Obama being able to decide when Congress was and was not in session was gonna fly. They'll appeal it to the Supreme Court, but it's not gonna fly there, either. As Chief Judge David Sentelle wrote in the 46-page ruling, "Allowing the president to define the scope of his own appointment power would eviscerate the Constitution's separation of powers." The Supreme Court won't see it much differently, no matter how many liberals he can pack it with.

While this ruling should be a slam dunk with the Supreme Court, I believe that if the court had five liberals, this ruling would be overturned. If one of the "conservatives" leaves the court, a liberal will be appointed, and they will have the majority. They will rubber stamp anything Obama wants to do , including this.

I can't see that happening...why?...because a partisan decision like that would make the court look stupid..it would have less power in the eyes of the people, it would be delegated as useless....everyone loves power....even SC judges....so yeah they'll take Obama down a peg and rule against him....they have nothing to lose and everything to gain...

OK, OVM, please explain how ruling in favor of the Constitution and it's mandated separation of powers would be "partisan"? That would be like saying that the Constitution is either too left, or too right, wing.
