Talk about abuse of authority and of course it's on the Obama side of the aisle.

Oh shock of shocks. a college professor in a U.S. college who is trying to get their supreme leader reelected. The ONLY news here is she got caught. Not to worry, she will be appointed to the SC or something right after the take over.

Hadn't considered that, but you're right, if even a penny of her salary came from federal funds, she's in deep doo doo.

Well, probably not with this administration.

I don't know one way or the other, but can you imagine if this "pledge" was offered in exchange for extra credit or a higher grade, or worse, a lower grade if they refused? Wow.

The only reason I thought about the Hatch act is that I lived with it for 20 years. Also a friend of mine just had to drop his bid to run for country sheriff. He is a deputy and has spent the last couple of years working on a multi-county drug task force. Part of the funding, and part of his wages, came from federal funds.

It would be interesting if she did use the promise of better grades or the threat of a lower one in her attempt to reelect the leader.

Who seriously thinks the Eric Holder / Barack Hussein Obama justice dept. will even take a second look at this case?

I'm not surprised at all. This probably isn't the only case of it but the only one that got caught doing it.
