DVD menu

Does anyone know how to make a DVD menu? I have a DVD with two TV shows. I want to be able to chose which one I wish to watch instead of just starting it and watching them both back to back. I put both into one folder.

All DVD authoring software will do that, like:
Nero
Roxio MyDVD Creator at about $70
Cyberlink's PowerProducer program, a part of their PowerDVD bundle at $50
Adobe Encore ($350 I think).
Sony DVD Architect Studio is a good one at about $40.

Read this over for how to do it in Nero:
Maximum PC | How To: Make a Swank-Looking DVD Menu

A very good freeware one is DVDStyler

Using DVDStyler now. Can't find an option for MP4, only 'PAL' or NTSC. What am I not understanding?

PAL is Europe, NTSC is North America (and Japan). You want NTSC. Its the number of horizontal lines on the screen and fps, basically, so that it matched the TV display.

MP4 is an encoding format.
