Brad Pitt, liberal loser

Well about 98% of the people who work in this industry seem to be as moronic as he is. Many of them don't get the idea that movies they star in or work on run on oil exclusively and it is the people like us who are the ones who make them rich to begin with, not poor people.

But on the other hand the people in my area are not too far behind.

We have a BIG whoopee doo here about a bowling ally and movie theater, they are so excited that it will bring jobs to the area.

I guess we're fortunate that Bradgelina doesn't seem to be able to reproduce. Can't help but feel sorry for the international litter they've collected; those poor kids don't have a chance for normalcy being raised by those two idiots.

Au contraire: half their six children were born to the two parents.

No child of famous parents really has any chance of 'normalcy' [whatever that is], but I'd bet these children have a much greater chance of growing into healthy, productive, and happy adults than those raised by ignorant, abusive, and/or dirt poor people.
Their Mom teaches them about 'giving' to those less fortunate, and Dad teaches them about architecture, and both parents take them around the world to show them places most of us will never see. Wish my parents had been such 'idiots'!
Of course, you never can tell - good parents can raise a child who simply refuses to be a good person, and some very poor [in money and parenting skills] parents raise some amazingly wonderful kids.
The kids I feel sorry for are those who don't have much chance of a relatively safe, comfortable, happy home, or even a proper meal.:(

Actually Cheri it is just the opposite.

Many Hollywood parents have been able to raise productive and rather normal kids to productive adults but that was when we had better morals and standards. A number of actors and actresses either took a break from their careers or retired to raise their kids - all of which wasn't a few months to finalize an adoption but years and most of them did not used their kids as a fashion accessory or some sort of fad.

I bet my truck that these two idiot parents have staff that take care of them, the kids will be brought up inside a narcissistic, egomaniac surroundings to have an opinion of themselves as being better than everyone else while always feeling special. The chances of them taking drugs to escape or even killing themselves because of some little tragedy that happened in their lives is much greater than the trailer park trash kid who never had a new pair of shoes and went without a 'proper' meal daily.

Nevertheless, these are truly two arrogant idiots that typify Hollywood today - out of touch and have no sense of reality.

Oops - I stand corrected; you're right, she did have children of her own. Since I don't keep up with details of pop icons such as these - other than what hits the occasional headline that can't be missed, I'd forgotten that. Granted, they'll have access to a lot of money throughout their lives; maybe they'll dedicate their lives to "giving" to those less fortunate; maybe they'll grow up to be just normal people as children of this all-American couple.

You mean, say, back in the 50's? When the studios 'owned' the actors, gave them new names, drugs to wake up, other drugs to 'wind down', and we had such terrific examples of parenting as Judy Garland and Joan Crawford?
Or you mean the Ozzie & Harriet kind of parents? Ooops - Ricky Nelson died in a drug related accident, too...

I've seen exactly zero kids used as fashion accessories [lots of poor dogs, though], while I've seen innumerable babies born to people who can't afford to raise them, and don't bother with parenting skills. Especially sad are those born to teen mothers, who haven't got a clue.

I bet my truck that these two idiot parents have staff that take care of them, the kids will be brought up inside a narcissistic, egomaniac surroundings to have an opinion of themselves as being better than everyone else while always feeling special.
You might win that bet, but then again, you might lose - we have no way of knowing how those kids feel. Personally, I think feeling 'special' beats the stuffing out of feeling hungry, hopeless and/or unwanted.

Never underestimate the importance of good nutrition!

Arrogant? Maybe - it's a common characteristic among wealthy folks, whatever their occupation.
Out of touch? Hollywood megastars? You're kidding, right?
Seriously - I admire people who put their money where their mouth is, and try to make a positive difference in the world. Angelina and Brad have both done so, which puts them somewhere above the celebrities who live to party for the photographers, at least. It's PC to trash all celebrities, [and a lot of them deserve it] but stereotyping doesn't say much for your arguments....

Cheri, no not the 50s but the 30s and 40s when walking away from a contract meant a lot. There are a few today that have prevented their children from entering the business.

Britney's kid is good example of a fashion accessory, are a number of them - even that disgusting Kate person - either the kids are exploited, an accessory or some fad. I think it is far far worst when a celebrity makes it look so easy and then people who are so smitten with them try to follow into their foot steps - which is worst.

As far as they doing something right with their money - yea I can agree with that to a point. It is not like they gave up a career or have handed out millions to people who could be helped by it but taken the same approach as others have with the same advisers and lawyers. When was the last time we have heard someone just helping strangers out?

Angelina at least has an intelligent dad even if there's not a lot else to say for them.
