President Obama:

You will be the first American president that lied to the Jewish people, and the American people as well, when you said that you would defend Israel, the only Democratic state in the Middle East, against all their enemies. You have done just the opposite. You have propagandized Israel, until they look like they are everyone's enemy — and it has resonated throughout the world. You are putting Israel in harm's way, and you have promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.

You have brought this to a people who have given the world the Ten Commandments and most laws we live by today. The Jewish people have given the world our greatest scientists and philosophers, and the cures for many diseases, and now you play a very dangerous game so you can look like a true martyr to what you see and say are the underdogs. But the underdogs you defend are murderers and criminals who want Israel eradicated.

You have brought to Arizona a civil war, once again defending the criminals and illegals, creating a meltdown for good, loyal, law-abiding citizens. Your destruction of this country may never be remedied, and we may never recover. I pray to God you stop, and I hope the people in this great country realize your agenda is not for the betterment of mankind, but for the betterment of your politics.

Tha letter is just funny, The first president to lie to the American people? hahaha. He starts out with a lie, makes everything else moot.

John Voight have being a load supporter of the state of Israel for many years now ,and have being a strong opponent to the Obama administrations foreign legacy since day one .

He truthfully states Obama's lie about defending Israel, a specific point not a broad generality. I know Obama is your boy but you are defending the indefensible. Then again, he vowed no tax increases to the "regular guy" and transparency and both of those were major lies as well.

You are forgetting specific words important to your point...

You are doing that MSM thing and changing the meaning of what was said...

in bold I added what should be there, since the posters original statement did not end with lied,
but rather lied to the Jewish people..and he lied to the American people concerning the Jewish..and he certainly isn't the first....

But we are still agreement on a general theme...Obama lies just like every President has done...lies of omission are still a lie...

I thought that this was odd, but nevertheless it seems that voight has it a bit wrong.

If obama decided not to support Israel, then Israel would be at war today.

Why?

Because the arab world is watching us, not just Israel and they know that we will not just sit by while our president plays golf but rather see that he is out of office in record time.

If our great leader did actually pull support, then the aid that they get, the treaties we have with them and a lot of other things would just vaporize overnight.

He may be like Carter but he isn't going to act like Carter on everything.

Its not about Obama being my boy, since Jimmy Carter the Republicans have held the presdient office for 20 of the last 30 yrs, but yet you want to blame it all on Obama who hasnt even been in office 2 yrs yet. You want conservatives in office but yet they do no better. Who was it that said {read my lips, no new taxes} ? and then raised taxes as soon as he got elected. You see, it doesnt matter which party is in control they are going to lie to you and me to get elected. But what they have acconplished is divide you and me to one party or another and thus continue there monopoly on holding office. As LOS has stated many times, as long as we keep voting in demos, or Repbs things WILL NOT change. 1 party is no better then the other. so bashing liberals or conservatives is doing nothing but keeping us divided and thus following either party over the so called cliff.

To me the right thing is LESS taxes, FEWER public freebies, MORE freedom and FAR LESS government interference in my life.

The most important RIGHT thing is to realize that those we elect to represent us are not our rulers, they are employees, nothing more. WE control the government in this Country, or at least, that is how it is meant to be. Anything short of freedom is slavery. Government control is slavery. Nothing, not health care, education or any other thing you can think of is ever worth giving up your FREEDOM for. Once our freedom is gone it will never come back. Yes you have, now if others would only get off the labeling of others and join together we could make a change. I think most Americans believe the same on 85% of the issues facing this country but the remaing 15% is what the 2 parties use to divide this country and make Americans face off against each other that only benefits the 2 parties. This labeling of people, ur a liberal, ur a conservative, is killing us, is dividing us, as the saying goes, divide and conquer.
