Sometimes I get so angry that I have to stop listening to political talk radio to get my blood pressure down. I've got too many other things to look forward to, I can't keep thinking about things that are beyond my control. Only thing I can do is vote for "none of the above"; and it looks like that's what I'll do.
YouTube - Ron Paul, The Amero, Implants, Clinton, Obama, and, You
YouTube - Oil, Gold, Dollar, The Fed, Don Harrold with Mike Swanson

You should be you have been lied to. Knowledge is power.
I use to feel the same about not voting. The only problem is I find it not standing up and voicing my opinion, it's kind of losing by default. I have a problem with most as everyone else. I will never ,ever vote Republican because what Bush Anti-American tactics have done. If a default vote is needed I sugest voting Ralph Nader. Why? It casts the indendant vote and voices a say as to the wrong tactics of a two party system..... I will finish this off with a sadly humorous resume.

GREAT THOUGHTS OF THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF
You can't be president and head of the military at the same time - President Bush to Pakistan President Musharraf
You know, when you give a man more money in his pocket -- in this case, a woman more money in her pocket to expand a business, it -- they build new buildings. And when somebody builds a new building, somebody has got to come and build the building. And when the building expanded, it prevented additional opportunities for people to work.

SMOKING GUN ON BUSH REGIME AND TORTURE
BUSH REGIME SAYS HOLDING MERCENARIES TO SAME STANDARDS AS OTHER U.S. CITIZENS WOULD HAVE 'UNINTENDED AND INTOLERABLE CONSEQUENCES'
COULD BUSH PARDON HIMSELF?
YAHOO ANSWERS - Let's say it was a Capital crime. And let's say the whole cabinet was in on it. Could the president pardon his whole cabinet, resign, and then the Vice-President (now president) pardon him?
No one really knows the answer because it has never happened and been litigated. However, the majority view is that a president can pardon himself (assuming he does so prior to impeachment). Art. II Sec. 2 of the Constitution states, in part, that the president "shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment." The purpose of this clause was to insure the separation of powers by preventing the courts from using the law as a legal blackmail against the president. . . There is a minority view that the president cannot pardon himself.
- Became president after losing the popular vote by over 500,000 votes with the help of the Supreme Court.
So what? The case was decided because of ALGORE crying about it and up until that time, there was a premise that we had a right to vote in the federal election – we don’t.
Oh and by the way, the supreme court also was the same one who ruled on Kelo v. New London – which took or property rights away, you better read up on that one.
- Either lied or used extremely flawed intelligence against the advice of many of our own military, most of our allies, and most of the church leaders of America to waste much of our wealth and many of our soldiers lives on an unwise and unjust war.
Get over it, so did the UN and other countries, we did not come up with all the intel.
- Spent the huge surplus left by the Clinton administration and bankrupted our nation's treasury.
There were no surpluses (hint they were projections), the Clinton administration did it’s share of spending and increasing the size of government.
- After taking the entire month of August off for vacation, presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history.
Hint – the president does not take vacations, his job is 24/7 from a month after he is elected to the day he walks out of the WH.
- Cut unemployment benefits for more out of work Americans than any president in U.S. history.
Congress does this, president can’t.
- Set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12 month period.
Wrong, Herbert Hoover – 1930 -31 and prior to that, Coolidge with the tax foreclosures in the Midwest and west.
- Appointed more convicted criminals to administration positions than any president in U.S. history.
Well at least he didn’t pardon a bunch of terrorists, or pardon draft dodgers or other criminals.
- Set the record for the least amount of press conferences than any president since the advent of television.
Who cares? Does it matter that he does not want to be in a press conference and where is that a requirement for him to do his job?
- Signed more laws and executive orders amending the Constitution than any president in U.S. history.
I don’t see a single amendment added or revised in the constitution, I think this guy is stretching the truth a bit – the words Air America mean anything?
- Presided over the biggest energy crises in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption was revealed.
Nope Jimmy Carter presided over the biggest and worst one yet. We don’t lack oil products like we did in the 70’s.
- Presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history and refused to use the national reserves as past presidents have.
National reserves are for the armed forces, not the public and they will not make a dent in anything over the short term/
- Set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously take to the streets to protest against any person in the history of mankind.
Think again, Eisenhower – maybe, Johnson – maybe?
- Dissolved more international treaties than any president in U.S. history.
I don’t see any on the list, Carter did a bunch, Clinton has a few but which ones?
- The most secretive and unaccountable administration in U.S. history.
No not at all, the most secretive and unaccountable is FDR’s, followed by Kennedy (thanks to RFD) and then Clinton’s.
- The wealthiest cabinet ever in U.S. history. (the poorest multi-millionaire, Condoleeza Rice had a Chevron oil tanker named after her).
Think again, research the people who worked for Carter, and Johnson.
- Presided over the biggest corporate stock market frauds of any market in any country in the history of the world.
Wrong, Hoover did and this led one of the biggest crooks to lead the SEC when it was created – that Nazi loving idiot Joe Kennedy.
- Created the largest government department bureaucracy in the history of the United States.
Yes, now it is but FDR has the title for the longest time. But remember that the congress has to approve this, so it was not his fault completely.
- Set the all-time record for biggest annual budget spending increases, more than any president in U.S. history.
Wrong, FDR 1933 and 1942.
- First president in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the human rights commission.
Well the commission was created with the idea that the US is evil and even though we provide a majority of funding, the UN made sure that Iran, Syria and other countries who violate human rights are on the commission. I too would have withdrawn from it but I would also have told the UN to get out of our country and terminated the treaty that we have with that non-entity entity.
- Withdrew from the World Court of Law.
Rightfully so! The world court wanted to circumvent our constitution by removing the rights of the citizen of due process.
- Removed more checks and balances, and have the least amount of congressional oversight than any presidential administration in U.S. history.
No wrong, he can’t – he can try but he can’t
- Made the United States the least respected member of the entire United Nations.
This was done a long, long time ago when we were in Vietnam, sorry to burst your bubble.
- Refused to allow independent inspectors access to U.S. prisoners of war and by default no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.
We abide by the convention and that is the problem, the convention eats into our sovereignty, which is more important than terrorist’s rights.
- First president in U.S. history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. elections).
Ask yourself this, why would we allow anyone to inspect our elections when we have a process with checks and balances and oversight from two thirds of the government? It is an insult to even consider allowing them to pass judgment on us with our elections when they can’t even fight for the basic human rights in other countries.
- All-time U.S. (and world) record holder for most corporate campaign donations.
I would be careful, Obama is gaining on that one.
- George W. Bush's biggest life-time campaign contributor presided over one of the largest corporate bankruptcy frauds in world history (Kenneth Lay, former CEO of Enron Corporation).
Yea, what’s the point? Look at Teddy Kennedy’s contributors.
-Spent more money on polls and focus groups than any president in U.S. history.
So, Clinton must be a very close second – he lead by polls.
- First president in U.S. history to unilaterally attack a sovereign nation against the will of the United Nations and the world community.
Which one was that? Iraq? France? Better read up on the resolutions and what went on?
- First president to run and hide when the U.S. came under attack
I know this is difficult for some to understand but the president can’t hide.
- Took the biggest world sympathy for the U.S. after 911, and in less than a year made the U.S. the most detested country in the world
I don’t think so, the world needs us and if this was the case, than there is a problem with them, not us.
- With a policy of 'disengagement' created the most hostile Israeli-Palestine relations in at least 30 years.
No read what we did to stop the fighting and what we have done to stabilize the region.
- Changed U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts.
Well this is not as bad as the Clinton administration trying to get felons to vote .
- Removed more freedoms and civil liberties for Americans than any other president in U.S. history.
Where? No one has yet showed me where I am affected by this idea.
- In a little over two years created the most divided country in decades, possibly the most divided the U.S. has ever been since the Civil War.
Not true, there is no division because if there was we would see 1968 – 1971 all over again and I don’t see it anywhere. To be exact, with the bush hating press, I haven’t heard a protest in a while.
- Entered office with the strongest economy in U.S. history and in less than two years turned every single economic category heading straight down.
Think again, we were into the internet bust, replacing it with the lower interest rates and you know where that has led us so far.
- All minutes of meetings for any public corporation I served on the board are sealed in secrecy and un-available for public view.
This is equal to the Hillary’s cattle futures and all her trading information?
- Any records or minutes from meetings I (or my VP) attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and un-available for public review.
This is equal to the Hillary meetings where the insurance execs were not allowed to attend and the meeting minutes happened to be sealed?
Greg - thanks for taking the time to refute these hysterically gratuitous assertions that are for the most part nothing more than MoveOn.org talking points. Time and again the left wing tries to present this tripe as fact without any credible sourcing except perhaps the Dan Rather school of investigative journalism. Of course Bush has made some mistakes and bad judgements, just as every previous president has. Real life is not scripted like a season of the "West Wing", in spite of what the mainstream media might have us believe. The media criticism of the Bush administration has been never-ending, and almost every hiccup has been magnified and exaggerated almost beyond recognition. Acknowledgement of accomplishments like the outstanding economic growth during his term in spite of the 911 attacks was minimal at best. Contrast this with the coverage of the Clinton administration's blunders and shady deals, a lot of which were trivialized or just ignored. In my humble opinion, history will not judge Bush nearly as harshly as the current climate would suggest. Remember that Winston Churchill was labeled as a warmonger and lost his re-election effort right after having proven himself to be the driving force behind the Allied victory in WWII.
Kennedy was a good man, his pred was a jerk, Nixion bless his heart got caught spying on the dirty dozens, Ford pardon him and was smacked. Carter lost the Panama Cannal among things the Came Regan we got the Hostages back but The Farmer lost there Buts no thanks to the Demos and Repubs and the bills Ronnie signed. Then came Bush Sr well after 4 years America wanted that Bridge to the future and Hey the Cold war was Over with Regan as I forgot to mention he broke the Russian war machine. Oh ya So now Here comes Billy Clinton Cuts the Military, and we get a big surplus but no longer can we fight a war on two fronts, has extramarital affairs and such. In last days signes abunch of bills that take effect during Bush Jr reign, Now we got Bush Jr, Come in we get 911 then only to find out how strapped the military is and put the country in to a hopless debt going after Bin Lauden a man whom still hasnt been got dead or alive, in mid stride he changes course and states time to bomb Sadam, well sadams gone still no Bin Lauden and now he wants to Rock ola with the Iran. Hmm Last but not least we got his twin for the Republicans Mcanine of which will give us 4 more years of the Same or Hillary of which will give us The Bily Clinton area back by the way dont let her fooll ya she is a tyrant and hates the military both her and her husband and last but not least we got OBama who was Korran and now Christian, Hey At least he was honest he said America Corded to there Religon and their Guns well. Your Right there got to hand it to him. American Believe in God hey its stamped on our money and We Believe in the right to Bear Arms just like our Forefathers. Ya Obama ya hit it on the head we do. In god we Trust and our guns see to it that Freedom remains.
Mad na I think its all one big mess and if any body got a corn scoope Ill help in shovelen the U KNOW WHat out of the Barn.
Now that Ive fed the Horses. Memphis mabe your ready for my arrival
Greg,
"Who cares" is not a defense. Sure the president can hide. Do you know where he is at this moment? Not to forget to mention that he is a ChickenHawk. This is not an attack on BUSH. This is MACMOV's right to Freedom of Expression.
I would not call people that want to fight for the Constitution Bush haters. I would call them Freedom Fighters.
You have had your say about the past presidents so if you cannot stand to hear the truth about Bush I suggest you move on to the next best thing or continue to squabble with those that have the same rights as you. No disrespect.
Well Ratwell what can I say, this is the same BS that has been posted on the web and some of it is not valid or true. For example Bush pulling us out of the human rights commission is the right thing to do because it has focused on the United States and has a clear agenda that does not solve a thing but used as a political tool for those who are the biggest offenders of human rights, just see who is on the commission. The same goes for the chickenhawk position, Clinton was more of one than Bush, look at Serbia.
But remember that I am not defending Bush, I am defending facts. If you came up with a list like this with Clinton, I would most likely do the same thing.
As for impeachment, this is where the education of people over emotion is clearly needed. There is only one issue that Bush can be impeached on - the border and it will never happen because the democrats want an open border just as much as Bush wants, so there will be no impeachment.
Macmov pasted that from another source, there is no speech issue here, but I thank him for it.
"You evidently like the Bush administration whereas there are a few on here that don't. "
No, I'm not really crazy about the Bush administration. I strongly disagree with his immigration policies, his spending has been off the charts, and in spite of the media labeling to the contrary he does not have a conservative guiding philosophy. However, I do think he was right to take pre-emptive military action against Iraq. His problems over there after defeating Hussein and his army were due to not being aggressive enough against the terrorist factions that remained. For example, he should have immediately given Al-Sadr a free ticket to paradise when he started to become a problem - now it's too late and he's hiding in Iran. We have seen the demonstrated success of the Surge orchestrated by Gen. Petraeus and it's a shame that type of aggressive policy wasn't applied sooner. Bottom line is, Bush's positives have been ignored by the media while the negatives have been amplified. His overall legacy will probably be somewhat neutral in spite of his lackluster approval rating in the polls (for what that's worth). With that in mind, remember the approval rating of the Democrat-controlled congress is at 13% - another all time record and considerably lower than that of Bush. You hardly ever see this reported, however.
