I Don't make it a routine to post here at least lately.

But for a certain person on here, here is an answer to your questions.

Running hard makes the monie.

A Team is just that, Run 24 7 (Not drive by day and by night stop.)

Machines Break down don't matter how New or Old.

If your going to get Paid the Same then You need to do the Same work.

No Matter how big or small all Loads are important. (Especialy if you
in a bad area and take a lesser paying load to get to a better area.

There are some Individual's that will wait 2 to 3 days for a load.

That to me is plain foolishness on their part. (My Opinion).

I refuse to be put down. What was a child hood dream come true
has become nothing but a unforgiving cold night mare that has awaken
me to all the lies and false promises. I need not say any more.

If your ever to be a lead driver then you will learn that your over all responsible for the Equipment that makes you monie.

The less you spend on a mechanic the more you have for other things.

How ever that extra don't alway's stay where it belongs as the needs of the other units in the fleet out weigh the needs of the one with
the excess spoils. This being the case here.

Move on and don't look back. No Regrets.

Remember No Chains allowed on the Ice Road
But they are on (Snow Quami)

An ole friend is waiting, Chief Smith.

well Enough said got to go. Goodbye.

oh ??

??

ah!

I met a team a couple weeks ago that I wish I could duplicate. They may be reading this right now for all I know.

They operated like this;

The girl (she looks like she is only 18) ran the night shift, starts at 8 PM going to 6 AM.

The Guy who looks like Monty Woolley (beard and attitude and all that) takes the day shift.

They keep this up all the time, even through the reset to maintain the ability to sleep good.

They have one bed in a 72" sleeper and they run for 8 weeks straight with 1 week off (she told me that they go somewhere away from each other for that week to decompress).

I didn't get a chance to ask them about how they log but she mentioned that they do have a overlap somewhere.

This sounds horrible but they do make the money and as long as the loads are offered to them, they take them. They by the way have a specific goal and I think they have met the financial part of it already after 3 years.
