Who is paying good FSC these days?

Was wondering which expedite companies pay the highest % of FSC to their trucks these days. And which ones charge the most to their customers? I'm suprised that not many people talk about the fact that some expediters pay only 5 or 6 cents a mile, (to a cargo van) and others average 20 cents or more.. I have worked for one a few years ago that paid .72 cpm, plus .05 cpm FSC!! (For 2 weeks )

Panther gives 100% of what is charged to the customer to their Owners. FedEx has a FSC program where you get a set amount base on what the cost of fuel each week. Those are paid on loaded miles and all okayed deadhead miles.

This question shouldn't have to be asked . The purpose of the FSC is to compensate the fuel purchaser for the fluxuation of fuel prices . There are formulas to calculate the rate that are fair to the shipper and fuel purchaser . A carrier using O/O's exclusively is not a fuel purchaser and has no justification to keep any part of the FSC . Those doing so are stealing from both the shipper and O/O . If the rate with the FSC is not acceptable to the customer the rate should be lowered , not the FSC if a correct formula is used to calculate it . The operating cost of running a computer are far less than operating a truck . How many loads does a dispatcher's computer get a percentage of in a day and how many loads does a truck get a percentage of ?
Carriers are not required to disclose to contractors what they receive from the shipper for a FSC . But I know O/O's from a non-expediting carrier that sent shippers copies of their settlement for the load from that shipper showing the FSC the O/O was paid . Somebody got caught with their hand in the cookie jar .

At FDCC we get a fsc that brings the fuel to 1.20 per gallon based on a certain mpg of your truck.in a tractor that is 6 mpg,if your fuel mileage is better then your paying less for fuel.this is based on all authorized miles
