Vote buying again....there is NO need to release any oil....there has been assorted problems at key refiners and some minor pipeline breakage....there is no shortage of crude for sure....

It is political because it's proven that the release of oil from the researves only reduces the pump price by 3c a gallon. The O is scrambling or maybe desperate.
