When to say when

How many of you had to say when to a carrier?
It seems my current carrier couldnt run me,if there business depended on it.
(oh maybee cuz I didnt accept all them 80 milers for a team to relocate me?)or maybee I just didnt stay available enough? (95%)Ahh jeez maybee its my saftey rating (100%)I just dont know?I can get along with just about anyone and never had any issues.Maybee my carrier just sux and should keep being a broker and broker out them good loads so they dont have any obligation but to collect the revenue % on it !!All I hear about is how they keep brokering out them good long loads so they no longer have a obligation to it and still make a good percentage off it.Instead of using the trucks they have to move the freight and all will prosper at a higher level,they would rather broker it at peanuts so they can make a quick percentage of the load at the cost of there drivers.(more of a quantity carrier then quality)and they think there customers dont notice?I have gone into "so called good customers" only to find that they didnt want my carrier to handle there freight.could you imagine?)
When will these large carriers who just keep hiring on truck after truck,to replace all the trucks they have lost,realize that they are nothing but ****roaches scrambling and fighting over scraps of freight.Its sickening how they tell these new drivers and o/os how that they can prosper with them and after they pay there escrow they are thrown to the wolves.How many trucks for sale today?I would love to hear from them!!!

What carrier do you run for? Do you run team or single? So many things that can make or break a owner. I try to stay on top of things like what the what the run count is so I know how freight levels are.

Well I'am affraid of being reprimanded by my carrier.
But I can tell you this load count is not the way to go.
I mean seriously do you feel a 80 mile load with 50 mile dh a profitable load? If so theres plenty of them!!!get yer load count right on up lol.I personally go for quality not quanity!!! anybody can get a crap load!!!

he wrote team, and I can think of only one carrier that uses % for safety and acceptance and in service time. The one over by you bruno.
