Well now you know he can read. He proves it via the teleprompter when he can actually get out more than 3 words in a row in an intelligent manner. It's thinking and chewing gum concurrently he's incapable of.

How do you know he is reading the teleprompter? They could be putting up pictures.

You know, like in the "Dick and Jane" reading book types. Something for his thought level.
