Are there any labs in your area, like Quest?
I don't think Baxter or J&J expedites much if at all, the distibutors may but hospitals order on a large scale so they usually have inventory managment that is linked to the distributor. Most doctors offices (at least the 1500 I dealt with) got their supplies from the labs or sometimes from the Pharma companies. A bit of a scam I think.
