They are a smaller truck, under what 25k pounds and you do not need a CDL B to drive them. The weight might be even lower and I believe they do not have air brakes. It's a good truck to start out and learn on.

If you see a 268 it has hydraulic brakes the 268a has air brakes. Strangely enough even the new ones with hydraulic brakes still have an air system.

Wife and I have been teaming our Sprinter van for just shy of four years. Still grinning and having fun. Having said that, the van market for loads is way over saturated. Highly recommended you figure out a path to a straight truck. You can do ok in a van, if all the stars line up. But the straight truck has a big advantage. Best of luck!
