For anyone that wants tips on dealing with their customer service just let me know, I have brought it up before but I was a CSR for them until April of this year. The biggest thing is you will want to call on a Monday if you want something like getting your upgrade date changed before the new policy kicks off. Verizon has a lot of outsource call centers and they need to pass a certain number of surveys each month or they can get the ax, each week a Rep will get a few surveys that they need to pass and it resets each Monday.
