Verizon ends unlimited data plans in July

For anyone that wants tips on dealing with their customer service just let me know, I have brought it up before but I was a CSR for them until April of this year. The biggest thing is you will want to call on a Monday if you want something like getting your upgrade date changed before the new policy kicks off. Verizon has a lot of outsource call centers and they need to pass a certain number of surveys each month or they can get the ax, each week a Rep will get a few surveys that they need to pass and it resets each Monday.

I think you were looking at VZ Usage Controls, they charge $5 a month.

Yeah it allows people to cut minutes and text messaging off as well, it is mostly for parents that don't realize they are actually in charge of their children or should be anyway.
