well cheri at least you know what i'm talking about. God struck those people down,and that is what our country is coming to. bleeding heart liberal,such as yourself, is what is ruining this once great country. not my spelling. plus if you didn't want to say anything back to me you should have not said anything. but you think you are better than me because you are good at spelling. at least i know what the bible says. which is the one and only true holy book. not the koran or anything else. if that offends you i'm sorry,but sometimes the truth hurts. this isn't the first time you've tried to act like you are better than me, but i have a good guess why that is. it makes a lot of people feel better to talk down to the less educated southerner. i'm use to it. no hard feelings. i guess it makes u feel better about yourself. you aren't the first one to do it. i'm sure you won't be the last. if you disagree with me on something say so, but making fun of my spelling makes you look like a prick.

Not much to offer,as Cheri has couragously spoken to all the fine points of human dignity and the absolute right of consenting adults to decide the "meaning" of meaningful relationship.
We live in a big country.The furthter I go in my travels around our fair land(and stray from the Bay Area)the more demented some opinions on the gay lifestyle become.I have noticed a paticular relationship between pine forested areas and the fear of aids jumping off toilet seats in San Francisco and biting a bottom or two.Think I'm kidding?
I've spoken about a southern state that starts with A and ends with S,and the stain of stupid genes that permiate the population of that state.I was reminded in my assesment that stupid people live everywhere.As the old saying goes,"Its not the humidity,its the stupidty".
I like Jar's reference to the time he was accosted and almost,well I won't dignify it.But I have lived in San Francisco my whole life,and never been approached or invited or in any other way hornswaggled into "giving it a try".However,Jar is probably better looking then me.That would not be difficult.
United Air Lines threatened to leave San Francisco if The City passed domestic partners ordinance's.The votes passed,and United is still here,with many,many Gay and Lesbian employee's.United does not wish to be remindered of their dark days,and are in fact major sponsor's of Gay Pride Week in San Francisco.Their float is alwaya a prize winner at the Gay Pride Parade.
Forest Gump had pearls of wisdom about "is and "as",but I don't want to further offend any one else.
I say to get over it and concern yourself's with Global Warming.That may very well bite us all in the bottom in the very short term.
It's spring in Washington if you have not noticed.For those who have not checked out Al Gores Oscar nominated documentry,it really is informative,and pretty damned scary.

go ahead and say it you are talking about arkansas. you aren't the first one to bad mouth us. we aren't as stupid as you think. one thing about cali though. my grandparents moved out there in the 50's for work. one thing my grandma always said is if it wasn't for the okies and arkies there wouldn't be very many people in california. i lived there for 2 years while in the military and i ran into many people who had family ties to arkansas. so in essence when you say my people from arkansas are a bunch of idiots you are talking about your state as well.

I'll remind everyone that insults, either direct or implied, are not part of the "anything goes" of the soap box forum. Disagree all you want but when it gets to insulting individuals directly it's time to move on to something else.
