UPS Expedite

Does anyone know where UPS Expedite actually hires at? I am interested in talking with them. I have been an expeditor for many years but I sure remember all the online applications I sent in years ago that were never answered. One recruitor even told me I was wasting my time applying online and should always call. He was right about that then and I wonder if things have changed. If anyone has any contact info for UPS Expedite I would appreciate it.
