I'm curios to what you concluded. We have been with them a year as a team and have no complaints and are not looking to leave. They treat us well, compensation is comparable or better than the big boys. As for miles, we have a 12k a month avg for the last year including home time (5 days every 4-6 weeks out 2 weeks off at Christmas "our choice") and shop time (which is high) on our Cummins DPF powered truck. Miles keep increasing so we are expecting that number to climb to 15k+ avg for the coming year
With our current growth Try Hours: Regional Ground Expedite Carrier Expanding Into National Coverage There is a hick up or growing pain if you want to call it once in a while but these are all rectified quickly and satisfactorily
