I don't know if there will be prosecution but based on the stated information there probably should be.

They blanked out the "Medical Condition" he has that they believe caused this accident......but looking over it....it could only be 1 of 2 possible medical issues....IMO - It's either Diabetes or Epilepsy.

I can almost bet the state of Illinois is going to go after this guy for possible Vehicular or Negligent Homicide in the Killing of this Trooper.........and I HOPE they do.
