All I can say to the illegals leaving is " Please let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya". The bad thing about it is the ones that left will be back when the economy is back on the rise.
But Joe..if you read on further it says the main reason is not the economy...farmers will always plant and crops to be picked and so forth...it seemed they were scared they might become legal if congress hadda passed that bill....Sure they make more here then in Mexico but if they had to pay taxes and SS and insurance...they can't afford it here either....Ya like some of the new verbage...."self-deport", "outmigration"

OVM, the study ignored one real reason - the protection from the federal government is going away. States and cities are now enforcing the laws and the constitution that they have an oath to up hold. The states are getting tired of the crime, just last week I think there was a lot of invader activity in Atlanta, oh the money and drugs.
BUT unlike the rather dumb and misinformed people, invaders are at the mercy of the people who they invade. In the case of many of the children and women, they are a commodity and are normally 'sold' into a form of slavery.
The other thing that really gets me is that we are screaming about BIG OIL but we fail to see that other businesses are profiting off the backs of these people who have nothing to begin with. The latest thing has been the Iowa Kosher processing plant where not one person of the company is going to jail for this form of slavery. The plant should become the property of the US government at this point and auctioned off while some of the management of the plant goes off to jail.
As for economics, sorry but we don't need them to be here, it drives our wages down.

Did you read about the protest there in Iowa last week all them illegals? Amazing the local Americans that actually supported these illegals....no wonder everyones confusd.
That many employees in one plant That company had to have known beyond a doubt....It should have been shutdown and management charged.

Criminal aliens should be starved out. NO jobs, NO welfare, NO education, NO citizenship to babies born to illegals, NO benefits of any kind and HUGE penalties to employers who hire them. They'll quickly leave under those circumstances. No matter what else they may be, they are criminals because they are here illegally. It would be wonderful if we could take care of the entire world but we can't. Plain and simple, we can't do it. We have to take care of ourselves first and when that's done if there is anything left we can share it.

You know Leo, the anchor baby issue is being discussed by some constitutional scholars who think that the anchor babies really are not citizens due to the crime that was committed when the parent invaded the country. The amendment was intended to equalize the former slaves in the country who were legitimately brought here under the laws of that time.
