I suppose when Romney makes good on his promises to lower corporate taxes, to lessen government regulations and red tape....he could make the same claim...the government helped them build their businesses by removing barriers....???

Maybe. Quite a few of those barriers should have never been put in place to begin with.

Agreed....Taxes...EPA....have been the 2 biggest barriers...every little project takes years to build just to do environmental impact studies and get approvals....and the costs to do so....

For you guys that have many trucks and so on, isn't the red tape wonderful. My son is getting his own authority for his 18 wheeler and what a can of worms. After listening to what he had to do to get legal and all,,,I got a headache. I can only imagine someone with 50 trucks. Now thats a lot of asprin. My thoughts, do away with the DOT, its not that easy and will never happen.
