in a few hours ,Israel's #2 politician ,secretary of defense Mr. Ahod Barack will be landing in Washington for a marathon of Political meetings .
within the next 2 days he is schedule for meeting with :
* Hillary Clinton
*Robert Gates
*Michael Mann (admiral ,chairman of the joint chiefs of Staff)
*James Jones (US national security advisor )
*a pentagon meeting with the heads of the Intelligent community.
*ban ki moon (secretary general for the UN)
*a hands full of selected country's heads that will be attended the international socialist conference in N.Y .
*as well as an appearance in the US senate .

this is nothing to be sneeze on ,and is way more then just a fire extinguishing .when D day will come on the Iranian front ,this administration will be well informed and cooperative .

Moose, I haven't read much about their feelings toward Egypt opening the borders up to Gaza.

I'm wondering if our reluctance to actually have a position on the subject and sheer abandonment of Israel by this administration has triggered a sign that Egypt and Syria to reconsider their position in regards of the entire "peace" situation?

I would think after these meetings, we will read in the NYTs all the classified stuff to show we care about Israel.
