Biden took classified documents as vice president......took them when he could not.....he was not president nor did he have security clearance to.
What Biden did could be compared to a bank robber making a heist, keeping the money for several years, then returning it after "finding" it in his garage and claiming no crime was committed. Totally absurd.

They have not found said classified document to use as evidence to go with that audio recording so it is just cow poop right now.
As a business owner, I have business priorities and limited time to spend on discussing this case. The indictment was a major development that got my attention. It speaks for itself, and the legal teams will argue the details in court. These alleged crimes and the evidence are now an unalterable part of the historical record. They will loom large in the stories told about Trump.
In the interests of time-management, I'm going to avoid discussing the day-by-day details. I'll pop in from time to time when major developments occur. Two more indictments are expected. I'll take the same approach with those.

The sympathy vote will continue to grow for Trump as Democrats and the Biden DOJ continue their political persecution. Republicans and moderates whose support for Trump was previously soft will rally to his cause now because they know this unprecedented corruption of our legal system is wrong. The squealing liberal media only serves to emphasize the two-tiered justice system that's evolved since Obama took office.
I'm assuming this is meant to be sarcasm, but it's likely there are many in the AOC/Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democrat party who seriously believe it. This being in spite of the fact that they've moved Joe Biden closer to that status than any POTUS in modern history.
At least he didnt keep the documents intentionally to use them later for his own benefit. But he absolutely needs to be charged for that.

Donald Trump is Under Arrest ... Again
Trump is at the federal courthouse in Miami where he is surrendering to authorities and will be arrested and taken to the courtroom for arraignment. This is the first time he has been indicted and arrested for federal charges. A couple months ago, he was indicted and arrested for state charges in New York. Two more indictments are expected in coming months, one federal and one state. The indictment/arrest/arraignment processes in those will be similar.
While much can be said about this, one thing is it shows Trump's preferred legal strategy of deny, delay, defend is not working in these criminal cases like they often worked in his many civil cases. Trump is under arrest and not by choice. It was a big, big deal the first time. Because this is a first-time federal case, it's a big, big deal today. The next two times will be lesser bombshells, because it is becoming routine to see Trump in police custody and standing as a criminal defendant in court.
