You forgot all the sworn affidavits that there was.

Nope ... and I didn't forget y'all's star witness either:

"IT contractor ..."

:tearsofjoy:

If that brainless bimbo - along with Roo-Dee, Sidney, and Lin - is the best y'all have to offer up, it's really no wonder why the courts have tossed out all the suits that they have.

Hundreds of them. Courts don't want to get involved in a political process. That's why people cheat. They can get away with it. Nothing is done about it after the fact. Ends justify the means.

That's nothing more than the same crap and lies Trumpkins have been

That's nothing more than the same crap and lies Trumpkins have been spewing.

The article seems to be pretty well sourced and documented. For instance, the CA case looks like the two perps got caught red-handed in a significant voter fraud scheme. Just declaring the article "crap and lies" doesn't make it so. There's no convincing counter-argument or proof the affidavits are false. In fact, has even ONE sworn statement out of the hundreds, if not thousands attesting to voter fraud been proven false? Are all these people lying under oath? #showevidence

Hundreds of them.

So what ?

If their quality and credibility is anything like Melissa Carone's - the so-called "star witness" - they aren't credible.

Courts don't want to get involved in a political process.

Sure - as evidenced by all the suits/pleadings - the count currently standing at 80-some I believe - the courts willingly heard and entertained in this past year's elections.

Courts don't want to get involved where there isn't an actual controversy ... or where one of the parties is attempting to overthrow a valid, fair election by using crap, fraudulent "evidence" in their own venue.

They don't much like the latter in particular ... which accounts for some of the rather hostile opinions written by Trump/Republican-appointed judges.

That's why people cheat.

No - people cheat because they believe they can game the system - in order to alter an outcome to their liking, enrich themselves, etc. ... and get away with it.

They can get away with it. Nothing is done about it after the fact. Ends justify the means.

Yeah ... and you seemed to think that the Mueller report concluded "... there was no Russian collusion and that candidate Trump committed no wrongdoings."

Newsflash:

It did not.

:tearsofjoy:

Correct - they were caught and the system worked as it should:

The attempt at voter fraud was detected, the individuals were caught, and they have been criminally charged.

You actually seem to be working at cross-purposes with muttly here - since he's asserted that people can commit voter fraud and get away it.

Of course, muttly is also working at cross-purposes with himself - since that item in the article he linked from Sharyl Attkisson actually refutes the premise that he asserted previously (see preceding sentence)

Just declaring the article "crap and lies" doesn't make it so. There's no convincing counter-argument or proof the affidavits are false. Courts are disinclined to hold trials where claimants, witnesses, and evidence lack credibility.

Those kind of suits tend to get dismissed - often with prejudice (meaning they cannot be brought again: aka just go away - we don't want to hear from you no mo' ...)

As to convincing counter-arguments or proof the affidavits are false, I'd suggest upgrading the ol' research skills ... while avoiding the rightwing Kool-aid for an extended period of time.

No, people cheat because a different result than what they want is entirely not acceptable to them. And they believe whatever repercussions, if any, is worth the illegal act to achieve their preferred outcome.

There also isn't any evidence of Trump Russia collusion.
Regardless what the Collusion bitterenders believe.

Pippydippy himself is Exhibit No. 1 ... :tearsofjoy:

You realize that at least some (if not all) of those miscreants still have criminal liability exposure ... right ?

Kinda sucks when the guy you're doing the conspiracy for is a total clown, is utterly incompetent, and ain't none too good at ... PARDON ... :tearsofjoy:

UPDATE: Gaps in Trump’s Pardons Apply to Bannon Criminal Charges As Well

Personally, I hope our new AG, Judge Garland, follows John Yoo's advice and really puts the squeeze on the appropriate body parts ... and gets them to all rollover on Don The Con ... :tearsofjoy:

There is no evidence of incitement by Trump.

What ... no "Stand back and stand by ..." ?

:tonguewink:

Watching Don's conned rubes needlessly die on this hill will continue to brighten my days well into the future I suspect ...
