True, but in July of 2020 Trump issued an executive order to not count illegal aliens in the census. Biden issued an EO to counter that.Nowhere in the constitution does it say to only count citizens.

The U.S. Census counts every resident in the United States. It is mandated by Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution and takes place every 10 years.www.census.gov
The idea that Democrats have opened the southern border to one and all for humanitarian purposes is laughable. They want to continue the Obama goal of fundamentally changing America to cement their own political power, in spite of the crime, drugs and cultural rot that comes with it
They shouldn’t be counting illegal aliens in the census, and thus getting more house seats because of it.
Yep, and that's the way it will continue to be until the Feds decide to enforce our immigration laws and secure our borders.
That has nothing to do with the constitutional requirements of the census.

Nope but they NEED those seats or they will lose even more control.....bet biden gets hit with the 25th amendment before the end of the year.
SCOTUS has voted 5-4 to allow Title 42 to remain in place, and allow AGs from 19 states to present arguments for keeping it. This is a victory for Americans in all 50 states, but especially those at or near the border.
3-day report this morning from US Border Patrol.
Over the past three days:
- 14,478 encounters
- 481 lbs of marijuana seized
- 1 gang member
- 1 murderer captured
- 1 agent assaulted
- El Paso sector agents stopped 14 busses, encountering 223 aliens attempting illegal entry into the US.
Only two or three cable news channels - mostly Fox and Fox Business - are reporting the extent of this insurgency. Most of the American public remains blissfully ignorant of the southern border crisis while the Biden Administration tells them "the Border is secure".

The current health emergency declared because of Covid will expire on January 11th unless extended for another 90 days. Title 42 was created to use the current emergency declaration to turn around the people that are coming over the border. If they decide to let the emergency end, Title 42 would have to end too correct?
Congress has to get off its butt and pass some sort of immigration bill addressing the current issues, but both parties seem to just want to say its the others fault.
And to all the Trumpers, the president can only enforce the laws on the books, he cant make up the laws, this is why Congress needs to fix this problem, stop blaming in on Joe Biden!!!!

Executive orders are laws......at least the Democrats think so.
The Biden Administration is by design not enforcing existing immigration laws. They plainly deserve the blame for the current border mess and the cultural mess yet to come.

Enough fentanyl to kill everyone in the usa at least twice.....yes twice.
Where do these numbers come from? I was looking at the data on the government website and for the fiscal year 2022, the total was 719lbs of fentanyl, 2021 was also much lower than the quoted number.

So if we were to detain all the 1.9 million people who crossed the border illegally, where do we put them? For comparison, that is more than we have in prison in the entire country right now.
