Very cool commercial but I don't think a dedicated truckload run meets most people's definition of expediting. If that where the case, every reefer truck coming out of California with a load of produce might also qualify.

I think moonshiners and rum runners were the first expediters or maybe it was the pony express.

Lawson's was a store prevalent in the northern Ohio area (not sure where else), and I still say 40 hours from Florida to Ohio is NOT expediting.
