What ever happened to the owner of a van and a recruiter communicating without getting the driver of the van involved in paperwork,such as a lease and non trucking liability. I have been sitting for 2 days scratching my head wondering why I am doing the legwork going between a recruiter and an owner trying to get them to communicate so I can get beck on the road.
What doesn't an owner understand that you cant use ABC's non liability insurance to run for XYZ's companny? Therefore while they were running for ABC's,their policy they had in their van ran out last year and Bucky's Insurance Company was bought out last year,from another company. Don't we look at our policies ever? I sat another day just for a 3 minute phone call from the owner to the insurance company. Hmm maybe day 3 I might get back on the road.
